Order quantity
Our minimum order quantity is one 40 ft high cube container (40HC) per order. Send us the model designation and we will confirm how many units load per container, with the loading plan and lead time stated in the quotation.
- Availability differs by model – stocked configurations are confirmed faster than built-to-order ones.
- Generator sets and marine packages are configured per order, so quantity and specification are agreed together.
- Spare parts and service kits can be consolidated into the same shipment.
Lead time
Standard export lead time is 30 to 90 days from order confirmation, depending on model, configuration and quantity. The firm date is stated in the quotation.
Packing and loading
- Engines are crated for export on treated timber bases with vapour-phase corrosion protection.
- Ancillary components are boxed and strapped to the same crate or shipped as a separate package.
- Loading port and consolidation point are confirmed at booking; factory site is in Weifang, Shandong and the export office is in Yiwu, Zhejiang.

Incoterms and payment
- Incoterms – EXW, FOB and CIF.
- Payment – T/T: 30 % deposit, 70 % against copy of bill of lading.
What changes the lead time
- Model availability – stocked configurations ship sooner than built-to-order ones.
- Configuration work – non-standard cooling packages, power take-offs and control systems add build time.
- Order quantity – larger runs are scheduled as production batches rather than pulled from stock.
- Emission tier – after-treatment hardware availability varies by standard.
- Freight booking – vessel space and consolidation windows at the loading port.
Documents supplied
- Commercial invoice and packing list.
- Bill of lading.
- Certificate of origin where required by the destination.
- Engine nameplate data and test documentation as supplied by the manufacturer.
- Any destination-specific certificate is confirmed before shipment, per the requirement you name.
Spare parts and repeat shipments
- Wear parts and service kits can be consolidated into the engine shipment to save freight.
- Repeat orders reference the original model designation and configuration so the build matches.
- For urgent parts, air freight is costed by chargeable weight and quoted separately.
On arrival
- Check crate integrity and seal numbers before signing the delivery note.
- Photograph any damage before unpacking and notify us with the bill of lading number.
- Keep the nameplate data – it is what we need to identify the exact build for parts and service.

- Power – required rating in kW, and the duty cycle.
- Quantity – number of units, and whether this is a repeat order.
- Emission standard – the standard your market or registration class requires.
- Destination – country and port, plus the Incoterm you want quoted.
- Configuration – cooling package, power take-off, control system and any ancillaries.
