More than 30% fewer components than comparable products – integrated fuel-filter module combining coarse and fine filtration; oil-filter module integrating oil filtration, cooling, rotor filter and water filter; one-piece cylinder head with integrated intake manifold for a compact design.
- Lightweight design. Plastics and aluminium alloy used widely across the optimised flywheel housing, water pump, oil pan, rocker cover and intake manifold.
- Smart control. Fast response, with excellent NVH: noise below 96 dB(A).
- Excellent NVH. Noise at the rated-power point below 96 dB(A) at 1 m and 2-3 dB(A) below competing products; a drum-shaped block skirt gives a stiff, low-vibration block; a rear gear train with high-precision and shear gears runs smoothly and cuts mechanical noise; multiple-injection technology greatly reduces combustion noise.
- Very low fuel consumption. Minimum fuel consumption rate 185 g/kW·h, with common-condition fuel consumption 3%-5% below competing products; the low-consumption band covers the 1000-1400 r/min working range, saving more fuel.
- Strong power. A smaller rear-axle ratio can be chosen without giving up power, further reducing fuel consumption.
- Strong adaptability. No power de-rating up to 2800 m altitude and very low power loss in common conditions up to 4500 m; no failed cold starts at -20°C.
